Consequences of net addiction -
Embrace wrong values , poor character . Over-exposure to porn or violent games that would make people feel that it is not a big deal.
Confusion with reality- Poor outlook in life. We are soooo interested in the virtual world that we often neglects our needs in the real world.
Time stolen. Lesser time to study due to much online activity.
Ways to overcome the addiction- Do what is necessary first. Set goals, get help frm mentors , teachers, parents. Think abt wad we may lose by spendin tooo much time on the internet.
